Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their client's dynamic team in Northern Orange County, California. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations in a small warehouse setting, supporting a growing distribution business. The position is 100% onsite, located between Garden Grove and Westminster, and offers a competitive salary range.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage and train warehouse staff; schedule shifts and monitor performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and coordinate regular cycle counts.
• Maintain warehouse safety, compliance, and cleanliness.
• Work closely with logistics, purchasing, and sales teams to support smooth order fulfillment.
• Optimize workflow, storage layout, and operational efficiency.
• Handle equipment management (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, etc.).
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Industry experience in food distribution is preferred but not required.
• Background in tea or boba tea is a plus!

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

Benefits

Located close to the freeway in a great location within Northern Orange County, this position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year. This is a supervisory position with potential for growth within the company.
